Welcome to the club Stephanie Ferrugia!! We first met at the YMCA 5k (pushing our babies in strollers)
and she recently moved back to the area and now is a part of the Halifax County Running club.
Welcome Ryn Morrison and Jenny Witko!
Ryn's favorite running memory is
"I ran the Richmond Marathon as a fundraiser for Washington Coleman Elementary School. The children ran their own
"marathon" , 26.2 miles in small increments during P.E. Once they got to 26 miles, I ran the last part with them.
We had a finish line and they all received medals. It was a wonderful moment!"
Welcome to the club Nancy Smith!
Nancy's favorite memory is "Completing my 1st 10k which was the Monument Ave Run in Richmond Virginia this past April.
I felt I needed to move up to the next level, so this September I will run the half marathon in Danville Virginia. I
am sooo looking forward to it. Running helps me clear my mind and reflect on the day I have had. I wouldn't give
it up for anything!"
